Have you felt a yearning in your soul for something more? Living a city life takes us further and further away from caring about our surroundings and each other. We are bombarded with messages of consumerism and guilt-tripped into buying, buying, buying and working, working, working. But escaping the ratrace is not always easy, especially when you start to understand just how conditioned and controlled we are. It's time to wake up and take those first tentative steps. This website is the personal journey of a Joburg resident to get back to her soul and start thinking for herself after suffering from burnout in Dec 2012. It is an information sharing site created in Jan 2013 to document the journey of waking up to how the world really works - and doing something about, because one person can make a difference!
