Midway Island - Birds vs Plastic

Have you ever heard of Midway Atoll?  I hadn't either till today.  It's an island in the north Pacific that's 2000 miles from the nearest continent.  It's covered in sea birds - and plastic. As they say in one of the clips; can we really deny the negative impact we're having on the planet when creatures so far away from mainlands are subjected to this?  There are some people on the island now making a difference and trying to help these birds.
